From average beginnings to all-star performances, Tom Flick reached his goal of playing in the NFL when the Washington Redskins drafted him in 1981 Prior to his seven years in the NFL, Tom was an All-American quarterback for the University of Washington Huskies. In his senior year, Tom led the Huskies to the Pac-10 Championship and the RoseBowl, was voted the Pac-10 Player of the Year and elected by his teammates as Most Inspirational and Team Captain.

Since 1988, Mr. Flick has tackled the business world with the same focus and spirit that earned him honors as a collegiate and professional quarterback.

 Personally, Tom addresses over 60,000 men and women each year on high performance strategies for leadership, teamwork, change, and personal growth. Clients include Microsoft, Starbucks, Merrill Lynch, Ritz-Carlton Hotels, NAPA Auto Parts, Shell Oil and the US Army Rangers, to name a few.

 Happily married since 1985, Tom Flick and his wife, Molly, have two children. An avid fly-fisherman, golfer and reader, Tom is most proud of his role as husband and father.
