Our core service includes IT Managed Service, which has a fixed monthly cost for IT support. No surprises, no hourly billing, 24/7 monitoring of all of your systems, and pro-active IT support. With our managed service agreement, we become your Virtual CIO and consult with your business on reducing costs on anything that relates to your technology. We also work with your team to learn your business model and make sure you have the correct technology in place to support your growth.
Our other services include cloud based systems support and consulting, project-based work and, for clients who might not need managed services, we also consult and provide support on an as-needed hourly basis.
PCS is a Gold level Certified Microsoft Partner and a Premier Certified Dell Reseller and partner. Our team is always current with the latest technology, and, as an organization, PCS needs to maintain a large amount of certification to maintain our top level industry standing. Our partnership with Dell ensures that our clients will get the best pricing available from them as well by ordering through PCS.
Locally, PCS is a four-time Philadelphia 100 winner, a four-time South Jersey Top 25 winner, and CEO Anthony Mongeluzo is a five-time Philadelphia 100 winner, making him the youngest person to win the Hall of Fame honor since the founding of the award. PCS has two offices in New Jersey, an office in Philadelphia, and one in Wilmington, DE. We have customers that reside in more than 15 states, and we support clients in Puerto Rico as well. We provide national help desk support and physically service customers in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, New York and Virginia and will travel around the country for project-based work as needed by our current or potential clients.
