Our Annual Golf Tournament for 2012 will be held at the beautiful Treyburn Country Club and is hosted by McConnell Golf.
Food will be served during registration at 9:00 am. Shotgun start will be at 10:00 am.
Cost to Play: $175 (includes cart with GPS, greens fees, range balls and meal following the tournament.)

Tournament format is Captain's Choice. Raffle package for $20 per player includes mulligan, red tee shot, ball toss and the opportunity to win door prizes. Raffle proceeds will be donated to Communities In Schools of North Carolina..
Sponsorship forms must be received by August 24, 2011.
Registration forms must be received by September 14, 2011.
